This document checklist is standard but not exhaustive. The Embassy reserves the right to request additional documents based on specific use cases.
Passport
- Upload coloured copies of the front and last page of your passport.
- Ensure that passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of entry to the UAE.
Photograph
- Upload scanned colour copy of your passport-sized photograph.
- Photo should be taken against a white background.
- Dimensions should be 45mm height x 35mm width.
Pan card
- Applicant need to upload scanned copy of their pan card. (If you are student or minor traveling with parent/guardian then provide their pan card)
All Indian passport holders require a valid visa to enter UAE.
You need to be fully vaccinated with covid Shield or any of the EMA-approved vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Covid Shield) to travel to UAE
Each applicant must have all the mandatory documents as mentioned in document requirement section.
In addition to the documents mentioned, our visa experts or the concerned embassy may require you to furnish additional documents to process your visa.Your cooperation in furnishing any such additional documents is essential for a positive outcome.

Yes, Indian passport holders planning to visit UAE/Dubai/UAE need a visa. You can choose the type of visa depending on your visit purpose and stay duration.
3. How can i get UAE/Dubai visa easily?
UAE/Dubai visa is relatively easy to obtain for Indian travelers. With just two documents- passport-size photographs and an Indian passport, you can apply for your UAE/Dubai visa online.
4. I have been issued a UAE/Dubai visa that i haven’t used, it is necessary to cancel the same?
No, the maximum validity of a UAE/Dubai visa is 58 days. If the passenger reapplies for the visa without canceling the previously active one, then his/her current visa application is likely to get rejected. Further, visa cancellation charges will be applicable for the same.
5. If my UAE/Dubai visa visa application get rejected, will i get refund of my visa fees?
No, UAE Immigration does not refund fees for rejected applications. Visa once applied is chargeable irrespective of issuance or rejection by the concerned Immigration/Authority.
6. Its ok to Board fee included in the visa application fees?
No, it is charged separately by the airlines the passenger is traveling with.
7. Is travel Insurance is mandatory for a UAE/Dubai visa?
No, travel insurance is not mandatory for obtaining a UAE/Dubai visa for Indian travelers. However, it is advisable to get one to travel worry-free.
8. What is Ok to Board(OKTB)? Do i required one?
OK to board is a visa verification requirement mandated by the airline of some countries. It depends on the airline in which you are traveling and if you have an ECR stamp on your passport.
