This document checklist is standard but not exhaustive. The Embassy reserves the right to request additional documents based on specific use cases.

   Passport

• Valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from Indonesia

      Photograph

• Recent colored passport size photographs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border) taken within the last 3 months
• Applicant’s full face must be clearly visible without any headgear taken against a plain white background

      Invitation

• In case you are being invited to Indonesia, applicant must provide invitation letter along with invitee’s details

  ---

      Accommodation

• Applicant must provide confirmed Hotel Voucher with address and contact number under applicant’s name.

  ---

       Flight Ticket

• Applicant need to upload scanned copy of their pan card. (If you are student or minor traveling with parent/guardian then provide their pan card)

All Indian passport holders require a valid visa to enter Indonesia

You need to be fully vaccinated with covishield or any of the EMA approved vaccines (Pfizer,Moderna,AstraZeneca,covishield) to travel to Dubai

In addition to the documents mentioned, our visa experts or the concerned embassy may require you to furnish additional documents to process your visa. Your cooperation in furnishing any such additional documents is essential for a positive outcome.

1. Can I apply for another visa simultaneously while my Indonesia visa is in progress ?

2. How many days before i can apply for Indonesia visa?

      Passenger can apply for Indonesia visa within one month according to their travel date & not before that as maximum validity of visa is 30 Days, ideally it is suggested to apply for visa 10 days before the departure as visa processing time is 3 to 4 Working Days

3. If i have been issued Indonesia visa but i did not travel on that visa, then is it necessary to cancel that visa?

      No, if any passenger has been issued Indonesia visa but for any reason if he/she later on decides not to travel to Indonesia in such case you can get new visa once the current visa will be expired, you can check on this with our Visa2fly Expert Team before you apply for your visa.

4. In the event of my application being rejected, will i get a refund of my visa fee?

      Currently, the Indonesian Immigration / VFS does not refund fees for rejected applications.

5. Whether travel Insurance is required to travel to Indonesia?

     Travel Insurance is not required but while travelling it is must to carry Travel Insurance along.
