 This document checklist is standard but not exhaustive. The Embassy reserves the right to request additional documents based on specific use cases.

   Passport

  • Upload coloured copies of the front and last page of your passport.
  • Ensure that passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of entry to the Azerbaijan

      Accommodation

  • Applicant must provide confirmed Hotel Voucher
  • We recommend to book refundable hotel booking just in case your visa gets rejected
  • In case staying with relative/friend then there Local address in Singapore along with their Id proof copy along with invitation letter from their end

    Air Ticket Itinerary

  • Your travel plans on plain A4 size paper or else if booked through travel agent then on their letterhead
Important Information

All Indian passport holders require a valid visa to enter Azerbaijan.


You need to be fully vaccinated with covishield or any of the EMA-approved vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Covishield) to travel to Azerbaijan.


Each applicant must have all the mandatory documents as mentioned in the document requirement section.

FAQ's

1. Do Indians need a visa for Azerbaijan ?

    Yes. Indian citizens without a valid Azerbaijan visa cannot travel to the country.

2. How will i get information about the status of the e-visa application?

      Notifications on acceptance of e-visa applications and payments, including information about the issuance or cancellation of the electronic visa will be sent to the applicant’s e-mail address. That is why e-mail address information should be entered correctly.


3. Should the e-visa be attached in the passport?

      No. The e-visa should not be attached in the passport. The e-visa should be printed by the applicant and presented together with the passport at the border checkpoint of the Republic of Azerbaijan.


4. What should be done if i would like to stay in republic of Azerbaijan for a period of time longer then the e- visa permits?

     You should apply to the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan
