Passport
- Passport with more than 6 months validity along with old passport
Photograph
- One recent photograph with white background 34mm * 45mm
NOC
- If the applicant is employed, the organization must provide a NOC
Cover Letter
- Original Cover letter with own’s signature
Bank Statement
- Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank statement with minimum maintained Balance of Rs.1,00,000 or above signed and attested by a bank official
Flight Ticket
- Applicant needs to provide confirmed/booked round trip flight tickets to South Korea
- We recommend to book refundable tickets just in case your visa gets rejected
Accommodation
- Applicant must provide confirmed Hotel Voucher
- We recommend to book refundable hotel booking just in case your visa gets rejected
GST Copy
- If Self Employed then applicant need to provide a GST copy
Invitation
- In case on Invitation – Invitee ID Proof / Copy of Residence Card and Invitation form in Korean Language
Other Documents
- Personal mobile no, email ID, Emergency Contact Number with person’s name and relationship, higher qualification, School, college name and city, these details are required.
- NOC from school/college mentioning the purpose of travel and duration of stay/leave along with id proof.
- NOC from parents if travelling alone with parents’ passport copy.
ITR
- Past 2 years Income Tax Return Acknowledgement copies
Salary slips
- Past 1 year Salary Slips in case of employed
Copy of Adhaar Card
- Copy of Adhaar Card

1. Can i submit or collect passport on behalf of other person?
2. The English spelling of my last name has change in my new passport, can i still use the visa in my old ?
If you change the English spelling of your name, the visa obtained on your old passport is still valid. It would not be a problem if you keep both old and new passports to prove that the two names are of the same person
3. Can in get urgent visa?
Yes, you can process your application under the Express option by paying an additional amount except the applicable visa fee
4. How long before should i pay for my visa?
You can apply for a South Korea Visa 2 months before you travel but not later than 20 to 25 days.
5. What r different visa option for South Korea?
The 90 days single entry visa is available for Tourist & Business
6. Which type of visa is the easiest to get?
You should apply for the category of visa that suits the purpose of your travel. There are no types that are easier to obtain than others. Make sure to match your visa application with your intended purpose or travel; not doing so may lead to a refusal of your visa application.
7. Who should sign the application form for a minor?
A parent or the legal guardian should sign the application form for the child under the age of 18 years
