This document checklist is standard but not exhaustive. The Embassy reserves the right to request additional documents based on specific use cases.

   Passport

• Valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from Thailand
• Should contain at least 2 blank visa pages
• Should have no alteration or handwritten amendments in the data pages

      Photograph

• Two recent colored passport size photographs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border) and taken within the last 3 months
• Applicant’s full face must be clearly visible without any headgear taken against a plain white background

       ITR

• Income tax return assessment for the last 1 year in case the applicant is employed
• In case not able to provide ITR, either salary slip or NOC from employer is to be provided
• In case the applicant is self-employed then Company’s last 1 Year ITR is also required

       Original WP

• Applicant needs Original WP. 3 or Thor Tor 3 from Department of Employment, Ministry of Labor or Visa approval letter from Board of Investment (BOI)

       Proof of sufficient funds for undertaking travel

• Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank statement with minimum maintained Balance of Rs.75,000 per adult or above signed and attested by a bank official
• In case applicant is self employed then company’s 6 month bank statement is also required
• All bank statements must be dated within the last 1 week

        Invitation

• Official invitation from inviting company mentioning the purpose of visit/inviting that must be typed in company’s letterhead and signed by the authorized person

       Flight ticket

• Applicant needs to provide confirmed/booked round trip flight tickets to Thailand
• We recommend to book refundable tickets just in case your visa gets rejected

      Other documents

• Applicant needs to provide Project’s / Assignment’s contract indicating rationale and the terms of contract
• Applicant must provide Company Business License in Thai language.
• Applicant must provide Certificate of business registration with list of shareholders issued no more than 6 months in Thai language
• Applicant needs to provide proof of membership in an Indian trade organization/ association
• Applicant needs to provide proof of regular business dealing with the said Thai company

       Accommodation

• Applicant must provide confirmed Hotel Voucher under applicant’s name
• We recommend to book refundable hotel booking just in case your visa gets rejected

All Indian passport holders require a valid visa to enter Thailand.

Each applicant must have all the mandatory documents as mentioned in requirement tabs above.

In addition to the documents mentioned, our visa experts or the concerned embassy may require you to furnish additional documents to process your visa.Your cooperation in furnishing any such additional documents is essential for a positive outcome.

Fee may vary for country if rate of exchange for Thai baht fluctuates.

Visa fee is nonrefundable whether visa is approved or rejected.

    Generally, It takes 4 to 5 days as standard Thailand visa application processing time, though sometimes it can take more than 4 days to 1 week depending on the embassy
