This document checklist is standard but not exhaustive. The Embassy reserves the right to request additional documents based on specific use cases.

   Passport

• Original passport issued within 10 years
• Valid for 6 months from date of departure
• Should contain at least 2 blank visa pages

• Two recent colored passport size photographs (2 inch wide by 2 inch high without border) with white background and semi-matt finished

       Flight Ticket

• Confirmed flight reservation for round trip

      Proof of sufficient funds for undertaking travel

• Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank statement signed and attested by a bank official
• All bank statements must be dated within the last 1 week

    Cover Letter

• A Covering letter from the Applicant on A4 Size Paper (if Employed) or else on Business Letter Head (if Self Employed)

    Invitation

• Official Invitation from Egyptian Company mentioning the purpose of visit/inviting

• Upload clear copy Aadhar card
• Upload clear copy PAN card

All Indian passport holders require a valid visa to enter Egypt.

Each applicant must have all the mandatory documents as mentioned in requirement tabs below

In addition to the documents mentioned, our visa experts or the concerned embassy may require you to furnish additional documents to process your visa.Your cooperation in furnishing any such additional documents is essential for a positive outcome.

If all the documents are not ready at the time of agent visit then additional charges levied when agent visits your residence again

Visa fee is nonrefundable whether visa is approved or rejected.

1. Do I need to quarantine on arrival in visit?

    Travelers who are fully vaccinated with 2 doses of any EMA-approved vaccine (Pfizer, Covid Shield, Moderna, AstraZeneca etc) and chilled under 12 years of age are exempted from quarantining on arrival in Egypt

2. Is personal presence mandatory for visa submission?

    No as of now there is no requirement of personal presence of Applicant for visa submission as there is no Biometrics process implemented by Egypt Immigration.

3. What are the different types of visas for Egypt?
